GTIS Debt Capital Management (“DCM”) is a newly formed joint venture between GTIS and GoldenTree Asset Management (“GTAM”). DCM was established in 2017 to pursue high-yield real estate debt investments across property types.
DCM will focus on mezzanine investments, whole loans and structured products with an average commitment size of $20-100 million and a 1-5 year hold period. GTIS believes the targeted investment process will lead to differentiated results given the equity experience of GTIS, credit focus of GTAM and GTIS and GTAM’s successful track record in real estate debt investments since 2005.
